Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Turkey Country Director Murat Özel, who stated that they are accelerating their efforts to bring the Vienna House brand, which they purchased in Europe in the past years, to Turkey in the first place, said the following in his statement to Tourism FM on the subject:
''Vienna House is a hotel brand that should be in the centre and heart of the city. It can be considered in big cities such as Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. In addition, Dolce by Wyndham is both a congress and luxury resort brand. We are planning to open this year in the Turkish capital and the Aegean coast. We have 111 hotels in Turkey, all of which are franchised. Our goal is to bring new brands to our 10 hotel brands in Turkey. Tarsus, Sapanca, Kastamonu, Dalaman. With Fethiye, Alanya and Karatay, the number of destinations we operate in Turkey will increase from 45 to 50. Our hotel in Tarsus is a 70-room facility consisting entirely of ancient and historical houses. We aim to open it in 2024. Dalaman is a new destination. We will also open a hotel there this year. Sapanca is also about to open and will be our first hotel in the region. We continue our development on the Black Sea coast and we are coming to Kastamonu. We opened a mountain hotel named Wyndham Garden in Çambaşı, the Black Sea plateau. We continue our growth in Turkey without slowing down.''
