The Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), affiliated to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, has opened a new page with the title of digital nomads, which is among its targets through GoTürkiye, the web portal opened for international promotion, and invited visitors to Istanbul and Dalaman. GoTürkiye, Explore and work in Istanbul, Explore and work in Dalaman, and Work in Turkey have made an invitation for digital nomads with three topics.
How about working in Istanbul, exploring the crossroads of empires? TGA invites digital nomads to Turkey with the title: Working in Dalaman, relaxing on the golden sands and turquoise sea? Working in Izmir by enjoying the lively nights with dynamic people? Thousand-year-old ancient cities, unique bays hidden among forests, turquoise seas, dynamic people and big cities... Turkey has it all, he said.
Emphasising that Turkey is one of the largest countries in the world in terms of economy and business with its strong infrastructure services, the call emphasised that Turkey will offer the best options for digital nomads who do not like to work in the same office for a long time. It was also stated that digital nomads working in groups can rent a ready-to-use office designed for all their needs and fully equipped meeting services are also available in the shared office areas of Istanbul. Explore on the portal and work in Dalaman were also mentioned:
''Dalaman, a district of Muğla, is located on the turquoise coast of the Aegean. It is home to many luxurious and large hotels and magnificent boutique hotels where you can spend your time in a quiet and calm environment. Culinary culture can be defined as a part of the Aegean cuisine. The defining characteristic of Aegean cuisine is the use of local, fresh ingredients, resulting in delicious dishes that are not too heavy. It has a wide range of quality olive oils, various herbs and spices. It is not surprising that fish and seafood are a staple on the table in this seaside town. If you like seafood, don't forget to taste the blue crab in Dalaman.''
With the application platform specially created for digital nomads, visa convenience is also provided. Digital Nomad Visa application requirements include being between the ages of 21-55, presenting documents proving that you are a digital nomad, being a university graduate and earning a monthly income of 3 thousand or 36 thousand US dollars per year.
With the Digital Nomad Determination Certificate issued to those who provide these documents, applications are made for the digital nomad visa to Turkey's visa centre / consulates.
