In the first quarter of 2023, Radisson Hotel Group opened its 5th radisson collection property in the luxury lifestyle segment in Italy, Radisson Collection Hotel, Santa Sofia Milan, as well as its first Radisson Collection property in Lithuania, and signed agreements for its second Radisson Collection property in Brussels, Radisson Collection The National Hotel, Brussels, its first Radisson Collection property in Central Asia, Radisson Collection Hotel, Tashkent, and its third property in Nigeria.
Accelerating its expansion plans in the DACH region, the Radisson Blu Hotel at Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart, scheduled to open in the second half of this year, will be the Radisson Hotel Group's largest property in Zurich, with 447 rooms and residences. 4 more hotels with more than 1,800 rooms are scheduled to open this year, including the second Radisson hotel in Zurich. Kicking off 2023 by signing a deal for the first Radisson Individuals hotel in Berlin, the renowned 701-room Berlin Hotel, followed by a Radisson Individuals hotel at Munich Airport, the group plans to open 2 new prizeotel properties in Dresden and Dortmund, followed by another prizeotel property in Osnabrück, which was signed in the first quarter of 2023.
