The hotel, which was operated by Divan Group as Divan Istanbul Asia, started to be operated by Marriott as Istanbul Marriott Hotel Pendik as of August 1. Şahsuvaroğlu Group, the investor of the hotel, had opened the hotel in 2009 with an investment of 125 million dollars.
