Announcing its activities in turkey and its targets for the coming year at a press conference, hilton Hotels aims to reach a total of more than 120 hotels in Turkey with its existing and under development projects.Announcing that it will add more than 1000 rooms to its portfolio by signing 10 new hotel agreements throughout Turkey, Hilton's award-winning brands DoubleTree by Hilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton will offer solutions to accommodation needs in different regions with new facilities to be opened.Among these regions, Bodrum Eskiçeşme, Tapestry Collection by Hilton will open in Bodrum in 2026 with 55 rooms and luxury amenities. DoubleTree by Hilton Kars Sarıkamış, Turkey's first ski hotel, will soon start welcoming guests with 84 rooms and après-ski recreation facilities.New projects also include the 185-room Hampton by Hilton Izmir Bornova, the 112-room Hilton Garden Inn Bitlis, Hilton's first investment in the ancient city, the 170-room Hilton Garden Inn Tarsus, the 136-room Hilton Istanbul Pendik and the 116-room Hilton Garden Inn Antalya Aksu.In addition, Hilton will open Turkey's first airport hotel at Istanbul Airport in the summer of 2025. Hilton Istanbul Airport will operate under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand.Stating that Turkey is of strategic importance for Hilton as one of the fastest growing markets in Europe, David Kelly, Senior Vice President, Hilton Continental Europe, said:“Today, we operate 83 hotels in Turkey and 39 hotels are in the project phase.
