Following a robust 2023 where Hilton achieved its largest development pipeline in company history and opened a company record of 24,000 rooms across 132 hotels in the last quarter of the year, hilton hotels is well-positioned for further growth in 2024.
Hilton now has more new rooms under construction than any other hotel company with approximately one in every five hotel rooms under construction globally slated to join the company’s portfolio.
After entering new markets including Monaco, Tunisia and the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2023, this year Hilton is slated to open its first hotels in Bermuda, Paraguay, Nepal, Laos and Timor-Leste.
Hilton will also see its award-winning brands continue to expand this year to new destinations. Guest-favorite brands like Hampton by Hilton – celebrating its 40th anniversary this year – will enter Africa and Hilton's newest brands, including LivSmart Studios by Hilton, Tempo by Hilton and Spark by Hilton, will accelerate their growth in the US with new locations across the country.
