According to the study, which lists the most curious and popular European holiday destinations all over the world, Santorini is the most popular holiday destination in 47 countries, including the USA, India and Australia, followed by Ibiza, which is at the top of the list in 29 countries, and Tenerife in the Canary Islands, which is especially popular in European countries such as the UK and Germany.
In the list where Sicily ranked 4th and the Greek island of Corfu ranked 5th, Antalya from Turkey ranked first in 3 countries including Bulgaria, while Bodrum was the most curious holiday destination in Azerbaijan.
In addition, the Greek islands of Kos, Mykonos and Crete, Tuscany in Italy and Algarve in Portugal were also on the list.
