Continent Worldwide Hotels, the franchise and management company that successfully represents Turkey abroad and has the fastest growing hotel brands abroad, has announced that it has signed a new Business Partnership Agreement by being selected as the Preferred Partner by the Tourism Investment Fund established by Saudi Arabia to attract new hotel investments and hotel brands to the country within the framework of Saudi Arabia's 2030 Vision.Continent Worldwide Hotels is the first Turkish Hotel Group to sign a new Business Partnership Agreement with the Saudi Arabia Tourism Development Fund (TDF) to support Saudi Arabia's growth targets in the tourism sector within the framework of Saudi Arabia's 2030 Vision. This strategic agreement will increase Continent Worldwide Hotels' current growth momentum in Saudi Arabia and its potential to become the most widespread Turkish hotel brand in the country.Established in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, a comprehensive plan to diversify the country's economy and create new sources of income through the tourism sector, the Tourism Development Fund (TDF) has important missions such as supporting and financing significant hotel investments and attracting international brands to the country. Shady Boueiry, CEO of Middle East & Africa & Gulf Countries, said:"Recently, continent worldwide hotels and our brands have been granted preferred hotel brand status through an exclusive agreement with the Saudi Arabian Tourism Development Fund (TDF). With this status and the signing of the new agreement, we have a great opportunity to strengthen and expand our existing presence in Saudi Arabia. In addition to our three hotels currently operating in Saudi Arabia, we have 14 hotels under construction. Under this new agreement, two new hotels are included in the project: Continent Al Shaqeeq and Continent Express Hail, which will be commissioned in 2025 following a fast-track construction process.''Continent Worldwide Hotels is the only Turkish company that will be operational in Saudi Arabia with a total of 17 Continent Hotels & Resorts branded hotels by 2025 within the scope of this cooperation with TDF and other ongoing projects, and 25 more hotels are planned to be opened within the framework of this cooperation that will last until 2030. This means that Continent Worldwide Hotels will become the largest Turkish hotel chain in Saudi Arabia with a total of approximately 40 hotels. Ethem Zagikyan Chairman of the Board of Directors of Continent Worldwide Hotels, shared his thoughts on the subject as follows:"In line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, this collaboration with the Tourism Development Fund (TDF) will accelerate the growth of our brand in the region and contribute to the transformation of Saudi Arabia's tourism sector. However, our greatest happiness is that our brands have been embraced by investors, including government organisations, in the country. With our new hotels, we aim to offer our guests unique experiences and promote the cultural and historical richness of the country. On this occasion, we are pleased to announce that, in addition to Continent Hotels & Resorts, we have signed a regional business development agreement for another brand of our group and that we will soon open hotels under this brand in Saudi Arabia with a separate investment group. We firmly believe that this journey, which started with Saudi Arabia, will make us a well-known company in the Middle East, Africa and the Gulf countries and our brands will become well-known brands and will rapidly promote Turkish hotel management in the region.''About Continent Worldwide HotelsFounded in 2003; Continent Worldwide Hotels, a company operating in hotel management, franchise and consultancy, has brands (Continent Hotels & Resorts, AncyrA Hotels & Inns, Swiss Inn by Continent, Lofty Collection Hotels, JOMO Hotels, ZEEZ Hotels, by Continent Collection, Acqua Celeste Resorts, The Bungalow by Continent) that appeal to different segments and concepts.
