As of August 14, rossiya Airlines, one of the oldest and largest air carriers of the Russian Federation, announced that it will launch flights from Sochi, the southern city of Russia, to Antalya, Dalaman and Istanbul.
According to the statement made by Rossiya Airlines, two flights will be operated to Istanbul twice a day, two flights to Antalya on even-numbered days of the week, one flight on odd-numbered days and one flight to Dalaman 5 days a week, on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
It was announced that Rossiya's flights with Superjet SSJ 100 aircraft will actually be operated by Aeroflot. While the reason for this change is unknown, it is noted that the ticket prices for the flights opened for sale by Rossiya are more expensive than Aeroflot.
