The 5-star Crsytal Flora Beach Resort located in Beldibi, Kemer district of Antalya, the capital of tourism, and operating under Kilit Group, has become the centre of harassment allegations among employees.The 28-year-old female employee, who complained to CIMER about the alleged mobbing and harassment of Berkay Doğan, the Security Supervisor of the hotel, who worked as a security guard at the hotel last year and who did not want to give her name due to her safety, said that berkay doğan had a relationship with female employees working at the hotel, that these people left the hotel or were dismissed shortly after they had a relationship, and that she herself was mobbed for 2 months and could not stand it anymore and quit her job after two months. Stating that after years of being a child bride and child mother in the Southeast Region, she came to Antalya to build a new life without being a victim of femicide and started working, the female employee continued as follows:''I was forced into an arranged marriage at a young age and became a mother at a young age. I became disabled due to the violence I suffered from my husband and brother-in-law for years. I was very worn out in terms of health and mental health. I survived a femicide. I left before I could take my children and came to Antalya to live with my mother. I had no work experience. In August 2023, I started working as a security guard at the Beldibi Crsytal Flora Beach Resort and Spa hotel. I asked the hotel Security Manager to keep my personal and past information confidential for my safety. He responded positively to my request. When I started to work, I started to feel uncomfortable with the behaviour, actions and speeches of Security Supervisor Berkay Doğan. My psychology deteriorated due to the mobbing I saw and I went home crying every day. In the meantime, I learnt that the security supervisor had a relationship with female employees working at the hotel, a girl who saved a life became pregnant, and a girl who was with him was dismissed from work. I learnt that Security Manager M.E. also turned a blind eye to these behaviours. I couldn't stand the mobbing any longer and left. In the period after I left, I was in the same environment with Berkay Doğan again through a wedding. He tried to gain my trust for a long time by saying that he regretted it. Later, I talked to the girls who were victims at the hotel and we filed a complaint to CIMER. I am currently working at another workplace. We want something to be done about this issue so that future female employees do not experience similar incidents. Therefore, we filed a complaint to CIMER.''In the statement made by the company regarding the harassment scandal at the hotel named Crsytal Flora Beach Resort and Spa within the Kilit Group, the following statements were made:''The mobbing incident alleged to have occurred in our hotel named Crsytal Flora Beach Resort Spa and the allegations that some employees had a relationship with women are heavy accusations, untrue, unfounded and abstract. First of all, our company, which has been operating for many years, employs approximately 10,000 personnel. Until this time, no complaint or application from any employee regarding mobbing or inappropriate relations has been raised. The person who made us the subject of a complaint by notifying CIMER is not a personnel employed by our company. He is a subcontractor company employee and has worked within a separate legal entity and is not our personnel. The employment contract of the relevant person was terminated by the subcontractor company. As can be seen, the person who wants to make us the subject of news by unfairly involving us is not an employee of our company.
