Desinger Outlet area will rise on an area of approximately 53 thousand square meters and will have 298 rentable units. The Retail Park area will be 61 thousand square meters and will include 68 leasable areas. The construction of the shopping mall is expected to take 20 months, the construction of the hotel 19 months and the construction of the theme park 14 months.
